Psychic Skills Level 1: Grounding and Boundary Setting for Empaths

This class teaches the most important foundational skills for sensitive people: grounding and boundary setting. It is a requirement if you plan to attend Psychic Skills Levels 2 & 3 with me. If you have taken Psychic 101, you will not need to take this class. We will not be doing any reading techniques in this class. It is a great workshop for anyone that works face-to-face with people, or in high stress situations, and feels drained or overwhelmed at the end of the day.

If you have taken Psychic 101, this is the same course. No need to retake it, but you are still welcome to join us for a refresher.
