This class teaches important foundational skills for empaths: grounding and boundary setting. If you have ever been described as or consider yourself empathic, intuitive, psychic, or sensitive, please join us in this class! If your level of compassion and empathy at times can create a deep sense of overwhelm, this is also a class for you.
We’ll be exploring a guided meditation practice that teaches you how to bring awareness and autonomy to our own energy field. Learn to ground your energy and improve your focus. This class is designed for the absolute beginner. It is a great workshop for anyone that is a caretaker in any capacity, works face-to-face with people, or in high stress situations, and feels drained or overwhelmed at the end of the day.
This is not a class focused on giving readings, the focus is healthy energetic boundary setting and grounding. These are key foundational skills to begin a meditation or psychic journey. Gain clarity and learn useful skills to manage your empathic abilities in a new way. All are welcomed to attend this safe space for learning!
If you have taken Psychic 101, or Psychic Skills Level 1 with Brandi, this is the same course. No need to retake it, but you are still welcome to join us for a refresher!
