We’ll be exploring a guided meditation practice, that teaches you how to set healthy psychic boundaries. Learn to ground your energy, and improve your focus. You’ll understand how to scan and cleanse your own aura. Gain clarity and learn useful skills to manage your own energy in a healthy way.

This is not a class focused on giving readings, the focus is healthy boundary setting and grounding. These are key foundational skills to begin your meditation journey.

This class is designed for the absolute beginner. All are welcomed to attend this safe space for learning and healing!

Recommended: Super comfy layered clothing and a water bottle.

If students are interested, I’ll be happy to take you on a field trip through Peaceful Heart after class, and recommend some supplies.
