It is International Mind-Body Wellness Day. Wellness is for EVERYONE! Even you. Yes, YOU! This year explore diverse perspectives on what mind and body well-being may mean. What does this word ‘wellness’ mean to you? How is wellness demonstrated by YOUR own body? How is wellness demonstrated by YOUR Mind? How do you see certain spaces or people gate-keeping knowledge around access to the idea of ‘wellness’? Do you see ‘wellness’ easily represented by and for people like yourself? Today it’s important to remember that a one size fits all resolution to wellness, may not be the key.
